It was something she wanted to avoid.
Or try too.
That was however not the point at the moment, right now she wanted to focus on the gardens once more. Betrys smiled inwardly at the awareness of one of the few things that really and truly made her comfortable and happy. It was a simple sort of thing and something she appreciated being able to do largely alone. It gave her the time she needed to make sure of lessons that she had received and think through the various details in order to have them make sense for the next time.
So she was frustrated to find someone else in the garden. It was a silly idea to be so possessive of the gardens, after all they didn't belong to her after all, no matter how much time she might spend there "Are ya going to be awhile?" she asked the figure, hands on her hips and looking less than welcoming as the result.
Betrys wasn't really trying to be rude but she was frustrated at having her plans being ruined - at least for the moment. She was careful in releasing the One Power she had drawn on with the intention of weaving something new for the garden in order to advance and progress on her own efforts. She might not be desirous of being a one-trick pony but she still wanted to continue with that parts that she felt so very natural to her own being.
