I've been meaning to do this for LITERALLY years. I need to evaluate Jaryd on daggers so his IC skill will match his OOC skill points. :P I'm looking for 3-4 points in total.
I also need to get Dax evaluated for 2-3 points in sword.
Does anyone want to do that with me? <3

Remember that we now also have the posibility to apply for up to 3 WS from the bio, if the char has previous knowledge in a weapon

weapon skill points
I'm sorry Marit, I don't understand what "3 WS" means. My character is supposed to have some competency in the quarterstaff upon arrival at the Tower. Could you explain for me please?

Re: Jaryd / Dagger Eval; Dax / Sword Eval
3 WS means in short 3 weapon skill points. Weapon skill points is a system we use for describing and comparing the amount of skill that each character has with various weapons. You can read more detaled about it here.
But it short, a character can have up to 5 skill points in a given weapon (or 7 if they go for Blademaster). Each skill point indicates how trained that character is in that particular weapon. 1p means that the character is trained in the basic use of the weapon, 5p means the character is an expert in that weapon.
The page I linked further up is a more detailed view on the subject, though the page isn't quite finished (I'm working on transferring it and simplifying it a little).
We've also recently opened up for the possibility of gaining skill points from the biography. In comparison, earlier you had to go through an evaluation thread where a teacher tested your current skill in a weapon, and then you could apply for those skills. But with the rewamp of the site, and the smaller amount of active members we have now, finding a suitable evaluator could prove tedious, and thus we allow for points to be gained from the biography.
