This would require a writer with a character or NPC who would have been living in the Tower roughly forty to fifty IC years ago, and a willingness to write a sort of..."backdated" post. (I.E., one set, at least in part, that long ago.)

Garren wasn't around *quite* that long ago. At least not from my timeline, I know they kinda fudge from time to time. He showed up around the time Caden was MoA.
