Greetings and Salutations,

My apologies for not posting to anything I owe, the last week has been a bit.... well dramatic. Haven't been feeling good all week followed by spending a good part of Thursday evening in the ER with chest pain. Turns out I've got Arterial Fibrillation or something. Problem with the valves in the heart is what it comes down to.

Since then, I've been trying to change my diet (no caffeine, minimal salt, etc) and it's been killing me. I'm tired all the time and have a perpetual headache.

I hope to have my back posts up and taken care of by Thursday.

Take all the time you need, man. As always, real life comes first. Take care of yourself and don't worry about posts until you're feeling less crappy. <3

My Dad had the same thing recently. I woke up to a series of texts from my mother about taking him to the hospital to shock his heart back into rhythm and such, I was terrified when she had stopped texting me a few hours before I woke up, called her expecting some serious bad news. Apparently it wasn't too serious, but they strapped a 24 hour heart monitor on him for an entire month.

Needless to say he went on a strict diet, made regular gym visits. He's healthier than a horse now. I'm sure that scared the shit out of him
