"As with all things, Ji'val," Haeden said with a crooked smile. "I don't imagine you picked your axes for the first time and knew how to use them expertly." He swung his sword lazily a few times, rolling his shoulders to keep himself loose. "But you learn the basics and then practice them until they come with ease, then you learn some more."
