[Interest?] Big RP / Demi-MRP for Learning Ranks

I would like to host a "demi-MRP" (because it would have lots of people, but isn't exactly a Tower-shattering plot) specifically for our Learning Ranks, and I'm curious how many people would be inclined to participate if I did.

It would have its own forum and the setting I am currently musing on would be a WoT festival- but the events and plot would be entirely focused on what the learning ranks do. This is a wholly unusual perspective for such an occasion, so I'm kind of curious to see how it might turn out!
