Wanted: Partner In Crime

Greetings and salutations GT, I am looking for a Soldier or Dedicated who might be up for partnering with Murdock in order to do some channelling in private. I'd like to get some unsupervised practice with Saidin in there, and I'm not necessarily against them heading into the city for a bit to get out of the Tower for a while. Murdock is somewhat morose so someone upbeat and chirpy might do well for him but really what I would like is for him to find a buddy to either get him in trouble, or keep him from moping too often. I'm also very happy to get caught and punished as appropriate for whatever our boys may get up to! Really, Murdock isn't against practicing his Healing on a hapless trainee, so any Warder trainees are free to apply as well. Heck, let's just throw it open to Novices and Accepted as well. What I want is something that lasts for longer than one RP, and continues to develop alongside Murdock and his new friend. Or friends! We can be the next Harry, Ron and Hermione, as long as I'm not Harry. Screw that guy. Please come to me with any ideas you may have! I don't like to endgame these things but it would be great to get the ball rolling on some meaningful IC relationships of all kinds. You can read up on Murdock and his sad sad life here. Fen Garlan might be up for something like that. The poor guy could use more friends. Of course, he prefers them to be of the "dark" variety... perhaps he might even try to convince Murdock that the Shadow is the preferred side. Here's Fen's bio:

Oh, I love stuff like this! If you would like to be caught, just tag me or Sean and we'd be happy to discipline your character. But otherwise, I'll just look the other way. *whistles nonchalantly*

Prew: I think that this has a lot of potential. I'm very open minded about where Murdock is going to go and I think someone of Fen's disposition would shape them both. I'm definitely down for something here - I'm also good to facilitate any developments you have in mind for Fen.

Leala: We have the advantage that Murdock knows Torianin now. He thinks most of the Novices are little girls but were she to go to him I am sure he would be a gentleman and help her out in whatever she was having trouble with. He's a father, he can't help it.

And of course Jenny should the need arise for some disciplinary action I shall let you know!

Shall the three of them somehow get together? I like the idea of slipping out (at least for a Soldier and Novice) to see the sights. Fen would also be happy to work on saidin with Murdock but that could come later.

I've just put up a thread here because Murdock decided to go wandering. It's a good opportunity for Fen to catch up with him, unless we wanted a different thread instead to include a Novice too!

I'll work on a response today. I think Fen will spy Murdock in his Soldier's uniform and question him about being out of the Tower and away from the group. I'm not sure how we could work a Novice into this scenario, but Leala might have an idea. Otherwise, we can just do this ourselves.
