Greetings, and may the Light illumine you...
I am honored to have been accepted to this board and look forward to improving my writing as my character, Prewtez d'Grayson, improves his skills.
I've only recently come to the WoT series but am now slogging my way through book 10. From the reviews I've read I understand it is the most tedious of the series. Still, the story has me enthralled to the point I can skim over some of Jordan's long winded descriptions of dress and place. I came to Jordan through Sanderson so I eagerly anticipate the final volumes.
Since I retired in May I find I finally have the time to resume role playing on line. In the past I concentrated mainly on superhero role play and for several years was involved in an email group in which I played numerous characters. I've also dabbled in a few boards such as this in the past but my writing chops may have become rusty. I do hope you bear with me as I try to sharpen them again.
I look forward to starting with Prewtez in Warder training and hope to add a secondary character as I settle in here. In case you didn't notice, I am fond of the Aiel.
