The Grey Tower

My novice Kaci is an unusual novice. She didn't intend to be a channeler in the first place, in fact, much of her life has been dedicated to training in the sword. She'd like to be a Blademaster, but I want to make an important decision for herself before she moves forward.

Life in the Tower has been confusing her. She understands the importance of getting her channeling under control, but she still holds the dream of becoming a Blademaster close to her heart.

She's going to need a full-ranking channeler of either gender to guide her to the decision that she can, and further more should want, to achieve both ranks.

Miliane is kind and patient, and always willing to help novices. Considering she is training with a quarterstaff herself she can easily let her know that using weapons, even gaining the Blademaster-status some day, is something you can combine with channeling if she is willing to work hard. That's fine. I think a thread where she's been sent to weed someone's garden would be good. It would give both of them a good reason to be there.
