I'm going on semi-shara. I can do all the official stuff and will be around in the HoS / OOC places as usual, and my posts will be probably about the same speed (if not faster now that I have admitted that I am not wonder woman and can't do school / volunteer work / academic club/ have a social life / and write all of the time and should have significantly less anxiety over it).

I am sorry that it's slow coming. I recognize that it's slow coming and I'm taking steps to either work around it or beat it into submission. First step is to first get the anxiety evicted; hopefully this will help that. I think once I'm less worked up about the failure to post that it will suddenly be way less daunting to try and get a post done.

So... While I say it's a Shara...It's probably not so much a Shara as it is that I'm trying to find a way to neutralize the anxiety and the pressure so tasks can be more easily completed.

I'm Officially declaring a more permanent Shara. Releasing my claim as HoA. I already spoke with Trent over my reasons, and I believe that I need a stronger sense of release. I love this site, and everyone here (despite the hiccups), but the enjoyment is gone. It'll come back eventually, and if you want to get a hold of me my email is ariescapes[at]gmail.com. I'd be happy to chat, but for now I leave the Tower in the capable hands it is in.

I hesitate to declare Shara because I still check the forums every day. But you all have probably noticed that I've been writing a lot less. School has been slamming me - I'm usually better at managing my study/recreational time, but the studying has been piling on recently.

Just asking for patience, please. Sorry for the long wait on my threads. I'll do my best to post as soon as I can.

Edit: I spelled the word "patience" as "patients".... I corrected it but I thought it was funny how my fingers have learned how to type the word "patients" from pure muscle memory. Can't wait until this semester is over. I'm only 5 months away from being done with school, hopefully forever!

Not so much a Shara as a slow down. A new puppy has joined our family and I seem to be his primary caregiver during the day. The result, besides a possible overdose from cuteness, is that I might be two or three days in responding to my various threads.

Hopefully he'll become a little more independent in the next few weeks.

Sorry for slacking on my posts this last week. I bought a new car yesterday (the first one that I picked out and bought under my own power), and it kinda had me distracted for most of the week. Anyways. I'm going to try to catch up with what I have to post, and then post a couple of planned threads, but that may be a little slow, because I feel icky at the moment...

The last week and a half I pretty much went M.I.A. My workload quadrupled unexpectedly which is good in a sense and grad school has been just loads of fun to do in the spare time I got to breath. This isn't so much a Shara announcement as much as it's a return from an unannounced Shara?

I will definitely try to be more informative when it comes to things like this in the future. My apologies for those who've been disappointed by my absence; know it was not my intent.

My intarwebz are being a bit spastic right now, and they have been for quite some time, so I'm not really able to get a post posted before the intertubes wander off to chase butterflies.

So, not exactly a Shara so much as a heads up. My kid is sick and for the past few nights, I've been awake with him multiple times more often than not. So between caring for him and working, I'm pretty rundown. May be quiet for a few more days as I try to get him sorted.
