It's Time for a New MRP!

Well, I held off for as long as I could! It's been well over a year, but many still remember the chandelier... 
Now, it's time. Sign up for this brand new, Bella-insanity-level MRP!
Like before, The Tangled Skein will be an event with three acts. These acts will run simultaneously with one another, both OOC and IC. (So, no characters can double up. If your character is in Act One, that's where they stay.)
For those who don't remember or weren't around for my last one, here's the breakdown: Each act has a "genre" theme, as well as a locale. (See form for more information.) You will be asked to pick which one you want your character in, or you can pick more than one and let me decide where to place you.
Here is an important part: You have to determine what you want for your character from this story. It can be major, such as "I want them to be permanently maimed" or simple, such as "I want them to meet new people." It can be about Talents, Weapon Skill Points, or Masteries. It can be about a specific story/plot concept, or types of interactions. Whatever, just tell me something you want for them.
Why? Because while there is a general overall arc and a beginning point to each act, I plan to construct the plots and details of each around what the writers aim to achieve. Each act will have a unique group with its own story and elements to be combined, which I hope will equal fun for the writers. (Have fun, darn it!)
I anticipate this whole thing taking maybe four to six weeks, but that highly depends on posting speeds. Some acts may go faster, some slower. That's okay!
There is only one act with a rank restriction. Otherwise, anyone can go into any act you want.
Signups will last for eight days until August 14th to make sure everyone who might be interested has time to sign up, and those who sign up have time to think about what they’d like to see with their character. The MRP will begin on the 17th!
