The Grey Tower

Although I write this announcement with a heavy heart, I am officially making the announcement that I will be stepping down as Amyrlin.

With the way my life has gone for these past ten months, I simply cannot be the Amyrlin I intended to be or that you all need and deserve, so I will step aside for someone who might better fill the role. I thank the Tower for the time it granted me in the job, and hope that something I did along the way helped make the Tower a better place.

I am not leaving the site, as I love this place too much and it means too much to me. I will happily still be around to write with anyone and everyone, and help build the stories that make this place awesome. Though the aforementioned insanity of my life may not make me quite Robert Jordan himself, I look forward to what contributions I can make.

Oh wait ... Miahala deserves some peace and quiet and lovable cuddling time with the new hubby. So ... *drum roll* an all-expenses-paid three-week vacation to the luxurious Camden Corelle resorts, where there will be no death, doom, mayhem or blood-curdling screams (that you can here anyway)! Should the happy duo wish to war on the Shadow, please discard the carcases before returning to that happy resort. All Shadowspawn and Dreadlords will be eviscerated (perhaps again) on sight.

On a more serious note: You've been swell as the Tower Mother, Bella!
