Is there a maximum number of lessons I can have in a class I am planning to write?

No but I recommend to keep it less than 6 + a final exam (7 posts in total).

Is linking something that a Dedicated/Accepted would be allowed to do for studies?

I had Mirin learn how to be part of a link as a novice. However, she did not learn how to lead a circle. I don't think that it is a necessary skill until you're an Aes Sedai/Asha'man and other people trust you enough to let you lead.

To put another spin on it- even if it's not specifically a thing that is taught, if you want to do it in an RP, there is nothing stopping you.

Just remember that two men cannot link without a woman. :P

So what are the different pips representative of for wolfkin? Also what is the youngest one can be with wolfkin?

The page I linked before gave Wolfkin as an "absolute state," and then had some confusing verbage about having 5 pips, and then a number 1-4. I think this was an arbitrary decision made by prior admin (or by a very small Hall), and thus needs to be revisited, because I have exactly zero memory of that being the case at all.

To keep it consistent with other Abilities and to keep things simple until further discussion can be had, I think this is a fair assessment of how the pips would work:

1 pip: Newbie
This wolf brother is just discovering his or her abilities, and may not have yet developed the distinct yellow eyes. They will likely be confused as to what is happening in his or her mind as he or she begins to communicate with nearby wolves. This wolf brother/sister may not yet realize that they CAN communicate with wolves.
Example: Perrin in EotW

2 pips: Wolf-Man
The Wolfkin is aware of their ability to communicate with wolves, and has started to develop the distinct yellow eyes. They likely do not realize the full scope of their abilities (such as their enhanced sense of smell or eyesight, or their ability to enter the world of dreams) but they are able to deliberately communicate with wolves.
Example: Perrin in the earlier books

3 pips: Man-Wolf
This wolf brother/sister has begn to train actively in Tel'aran'rhiod and is likely at the equivalent of a rank 2 or 3 Dreamwalker. They have developed fully yellow eyes, and are able to actively use their enhanced sense of smell and hearing. They may begin to feel as though they are "losing control" of themselves as a human, and may choose to go live with a wolf pack.
Example: Perrin in th second third of the series, Elyas Machera

4 pips: Packleader
The wolfbrother/sister has realized that being a human or beign a wolf is a decision which they must make, and thus they have made it. They have practiced considerably in the world of dreams, and may be as powerful as even the strongest dreamwalkers. These wolfkin have taken their ultimate place among the wolves.
Example: Perrin in Towers of Midnight

5 pips: Alpha...?
This was not defined on the page I linked, and I'm not sure there is a record of the older system anywhere. I will try to track it down.
Example: Perrin in A Memory of Light.

As mentioned in my first post, this is just my speculation. Roan and Craig hold ultimate authority here.

Quick question on the Delving Talent. How much skill is realistic for one or two dots in Delving (Earth), working on some ideas for Corben as he marches towards trouble with the Blight, and eventual raisings. And want to have a decent idea what the general standard has been here.

Been spending Talent points in my mind, and trying to narrow them down, so wanted to ask.

Thanks. :D

I think one point would, generally speaking, be having the ability to tell there are different ores (or, as the case may be, to identify one specific ore). Two points would be the ability to identify the more common ones if actually touching them (see: Egwene in the Great Hunt).

This is not set in stone; I hesitate to set specific limitations. Just my general thought on how it might work.
