Does anyone have any objections to allowing for full rank Red Ajah NPCs? I think it's about time we filled space with some new faces.

If you're still thinking of NPC Red members, Mirin was Accepted alongside a girl NPC named Astoria who is described as a "haughty Tairen." They were not friends.
I think it would suit Astoria to choose Red.

Haha! Astoria sounds good to me. She may have gotten several lessons on humility though.

Hehehe yes, for sure! She wasn't a deep character, as Mirin never bothered to get to know her better, but I'm sure she certainly has stories of her own to tell. The only other thing about her that I never wrote out (but might be interesting) is that she was considered as a candidate for the Black Ajah, until they realized she could not be swayed to the Shadow. She has morals!
