Okay, so Jhanic is on Tower grounds now, yay!

Now he needs someone to break his block and help him sieze Saidin successfully and on his own. Breaking the block shouldn't be too hard, though. As of right now, he can only channel if he has no distractions, but he just needs to get to the right frame of mind, I believe.

As one of the requirements towards his Dragon pin, Dedicated Fen Garlan would be happy to teach OPB for Jhanic.
