Hello everyone! My name is Tye and I am a twenty four year old male from Ireland. I actually played on here a few years ago as a soldier called Rujal Balranes, but due to real life issues never got properly stuck into role-playing! I am in the process of reading the books for the third time, and I find myself learning almost as much about the verse as I did during my first two reads.
I am not very good at introducing myself so I will just talk a little bit about Rujal. He is a 21 year old Cairhienin who worked as a healers apprentice before coming to the Grey Tower. He is a no nonsense individual, and while he sees the need for battling against the shadow Rujal consider himself a pacifist. The former healers apprentice first channeled when he was fifteen to save the life of his brother.
He has a strength of 9.5 - 10 in the One Power. However, as with all wilders he has developed block, namely, he can not channel unless he is feeling desperate. This as a result of the desperation he felt when he seized Saidin for the first time. I am eager to play Rujal struggle to deal with this block along with his pacifist views vs the need for such a strong channeler to help in the fight against the Shadow.
