The Grey Tower

Astarte (Betrys) and Jenny (Mirin), are proud to present a Tower-wide garden prank! Throughout the gardens, there are now HUNDREDS of plants that have been twisted to look like Trollocs. The effect is incredibly realistic - it's almost as though a fist of Shadowspawn are sitting within the Tower walls! When the wind stirs, they almost appear to breathe.

It is a beautiful morning. You glance out the window. And then you do a double-take. Is that... a fist of Trollocs in the garden?!?!?

Walking a Path Together
Mirin and Betrys are former roommates who have now been Accepted for several months. One day, Mirin walks in on Betrys practicing a very interesting weave, and the first seeds for the prank are planted.

Silver Bells and Cockle Shells
Betrys places the special plants that she has created for the prank.

Two is Definitely Not Company
Fen and Adrian, two new roommates, are caught up in all the action. Will Fen make his first friend? Or will their budding friendship fall apart when Adrian succumbs to Mirin's dastardly weave?

And of course, it all comes together in The Last Hurrah.

For the truly curious among you, Feast of Lights is a fanfiction that shows how Adrian and Mirin first met.
