The Grey Tower

Hey all! Sorry for the delay in getting this going. We wanted to make sure all the nitty gritty and adminy stuff of the Tower was back up and going before jumping into the Big RP. Now that that is mostly settled, I think we should get going on this thing.

Plot points that I remember being tossed around (and remind me if I missed any):

- A bubble of evil caused people in the Tower to be suddenly teleported away.
- I think it would be fun because of how the site issues happened where only some at first had issues, that only a portion of the Tower members were teleported away. This does two things. 1) People who don't want to or don't have time to participate can say their character(s) just slept through the issue unaware of what was going on, and 2) We can have participation from people both still in the Tower as well as those stranded.
- For fun, I think the bubble should block Traveling/Skimming for a time to keep people from simply opening gateways to return.
- Those teleported away are far, but not too far from the Tower. Perhaps in the middle of nowhere in the Mountains of Mist and the forests therein. This provides the challenge of survival in the wilderness which some in the Tower might have skill in.
- There could be some other kind of danger lurking nearby. Anything from bandits or natural predators (wolves/bears), or even to a Waygate where Trollocs/darkspawn were coming through to do a raid.

Alrighty! We'll cover both signups and discussions here. Respond with what character(s) you want participating and their rank and whether you want them stranded or in the Tower. Also if you have any other ideas/thoughts for plot enrichment or changes for the above, let me know too! Also, if you have an interest in helping to run said RP, send me a PM. Since this is going to be Tower Canon, I'd prefer a fully raised member, but it doesn't have to be.

Wilderness skills: none. Is wearing only a banded white nightdress and slippers.
Situation: Is roused from sleep by a feeling of unease. She stands up groggily, and is suddenly teleported to the middle of the wilderness.

Prewtez d'Grayson, Ji'alantin, could be one of those left in the Tower who are among those sent to find the missing members. I was able to access the site sporadically throughout the down time. Sounds like fun if we have two or three different groups on this.

No wilderness or survival skills, dressed in a simple shift (for sleep), barefoot
Teleported away - is having a nightmare because of the bubble, wakes up because she's freezing and realizes she's out beneath the night sky in the middle of nowhere.

Let's strand both of my characters. Signing in with both Seth and Sam. Seth is of course a Yellow, which will be good for emergencies, and Sam I suppose has some survival skills >_>

No real wilderness skill (although I've just applied for a point in Earthsinging, if that's approved that might help)
Teleported away as well - Still being haunted by the nightmares of his recent trip through the Silver Arches ter'angreal, Kiellan woke up in the middle of the night, sweating. He decided to take a short walk, only to find himself in the unknown wilderness.

Siera - Accepted Aspiring Red
She has no real wilderness skills.
Teleported away or she could be in TAR and notice somethings up and return to the waking world

Sadly, my characters will be conveniently away from the Tower for this event (due to RL stuff in the next few weeks ) but wanted to say good luck to those who can participate, I'll read along!

I will throw Riahana into the mix. I'm pretty flexible on whether she is stranded or back at the tower...wherever you need a Gaidar with wilderness skills, a wicked touch with bow and sword etc.
