We want to make sure we are making a decision that allows the Ajah the freedom to grow and be its own entity but make sure the Tower is a part of that journey at the same time, and that's a difficult line to tread.
At this time, we don't feel that it is necessary to bring anything yet discussed to the Hall for a vote. We would like to give the Ajah time to grow organically and, most importantly, to allow discussions like this to continue. However, we would like to emphasize that these discussions, while they may get passionate, should stay on the side of being productive and adding to the dialogue in a useful way, not just calling each other out for differences of opinion.
We would like to see the Reds, and other interested parties, to continue to shape the dialogue and discuss the future of the Ajah while allowing it to play out IC as well as OOC and to refine any proposals you might want to submit to the Hall at a future day. The triumvirate doesn't see the Hall's purpose as dictating the specific designs of an Ajah or its members, but if anything should affect the entire Tower, we would like to see it brought before Hall as such.
