I'm not suggesting it go to the Hall *now*, I'm saying it needs to go to the Hall before it becomes official.
And yes, by all means talk to the other Reds- but please make sure they also weigh in here so we're all on the same page.
It would be kind of nice if the full discussion could just happen here, to be honest. Less confusion and he said / she said.

I don't believe it is necessary, but when we have something we're happy with we can re-evaluate that option then?

No, I am not willing to do that. I'm sorry to deadlock on this, but this is a GT thing, not a Red thing. It needs to happen. Again, it may just be a formality, and that's totally fine. But, in the spirit of GT, it needs to happen regardless.

I really hate it when you do that.
So on that note, I disagree and leave that decision for the Tri to make.

Carra, I'm going to disagree with you sometimes. I have done a lot of negotiation and changing and accepting in this thread. I have stated that I dislike things, and then later read things that made sense and changed my mind.
I am confident that it is acceptable for me to stand my ground about the Hall without getting an "I hate when you do that" like I did something wrong. You don't have to like it when I disagree, but you could also take into consideration the full picture the same way I did in my last post on page 5.

But at the same time Marla this is not YOUR Ajah. It is all of ours and GT is not YOURS it is all of ours. Since we can't come to any sort of agreement on the matter of the hall and you are not willing to compromise in any way I think the Tri needs to step in

Siera, you and Carra are the only ones outright opposing. As I already stated, I am not asking that it happen right now, I'm saying that once we have come to a mutually acceptable idea, we take it to the Hall for final approval. That is how the Hall has worked in regards to site changes, and how it needs to work again.
We literally *just* voted to bring the Hall back into things the way it used to. So what reason is there for not utilizing it?

This is especially true considering how hot a topic this apparently is.

Double post so an edit does not get missed...
Carra is not the only one feeling that way. Honestly Marla i feel like you are pushinf the entire Ajah around because Jaryd ia confussed and that is not cool. You are deadlocking on matters that should be up to at least all four of us not just you

How does asking for a Hall vote equate to pushing the Ajah around? This is a serious question. There is already a majority desire to change in the Ajah, and common acceptance that the ideas Trent posted are good ones.
That's a lot more people than just me, on that ground.
The Hall vote is common sense, and I'm asking for it based on Grey Tower culture, NOT the Red Ajah. It's already apparent the change *is* going to happen. The Hall vote is to formalize it.
