I would recommend going forward that you save the bio info on a cloud document such as google docs or on your local computer. Just to save you time in case of computer further issues. We had one of our admin team scour our site's email database and nothing seems to have been submitted as far as we can tell. Can you post here the link of the form you filled out?

Also, as there seems to be some issue with the form, I would recommend sending your bio info to greytower1 [at] gmail [dot] com and we can process your character that way.

Sorry for the troubles, we'll get it sorted out.

That is very strange. We'll continue to look into why it didn't work. In the meantime, we have received your bio via email and our staff will begin processing it shortly.

I feel terrible, but I am really excited to play, and I don't know what to do. Is there something I can be working on that would help this along? Would another character be better?

Before I bowed out from being KoA, I did see your submission in the Admin Emails. There's no need to submit a new character, you just have to wait for Sean to take a look and approve it. You're alright, though there isn't much you can do at this time. You can join us in the chat room through your favourite IRC client (mibbit, mIRC, etc.) on the server irc.shadowfire.org on the channel #greytower That way you can chat with us.

Yeah, we apologize for the delay on this, just gotta get it processed at this point. Things might slow a little bit because of the holiday, but hope to hear from us soon. Feel free, as Seth said, to join us in the chatroom and get to know people and feel free to ask any questions here you want.
