A little inaccurate portrayal. Maegan doesn't really lecture, nor imparts a level of her own personal opinions. Granted, she also really loves romance novels and reads them secretly behind her other books. But, I'm willing to go with it if you don't mind there is just a communication hiccup over a "lecture" and a "opinion" that Novices shouldn't be studying stories over facts?

Thank you for the correction; I've edited it to "opinion" although Mirin would probably still see it as a lecture

I think it makes sense. This is largely based on Mirin's perception of things, so it will be a little skewed.
