Caedal can be a bit of a stick in the mud but I definitely can see him getting involved so he can get to know people!

So I need some help with this, just for the first post. Av should probably be talking to someone and she starts a snowball fight with them and it GETS OUT OF HAND.
Who wants to do that? I only see her starting it with a fellow learning rank or a full rank she knows well.
