Head's up - moving some boards around

Not a really major deal, but some time over the weekend I'll be rearranging the forums. The IC forums will pretty much stay as-is, but the OOC forums will get compressed a bit.

Figured I'd let y'all know so you don't think you're going crazy or something. ;)
