One In, One Out

Emmond Salere has long been a staple of the Grey Tower. A long serving member of the Grey Ajah, he has refused many offers to become a Sitter in the Hall, and even a couple of offers to lead the Grey Ajah as its Head Clerk. However, the Seanchan Siege left the Asha'man a different man. A short while ago, he announced his retirement and left Hama Valon without a further word as to where his life will lead to next.

In his place, a new servant joined the Grey Tower. Almost no-one would notice the unassuming Weland. He's a handsome and charming man, with a lopsided smile that can make women weak at the knees, but he mostly keeps to himself. No-one would suspect that this pockfaced man was once an Asha'man, nor that he still is one of the most dangerous Darkfriend lurking in the Tower.

Moving away from the doom and gloom, but still onto unassuming, Maever Donovan is one of the many Yellow Asha'man one sees when attending the Infirmary. An Illianer with a permanent look of apprehension on his face, he's got a fantastic bedside manner that makes him well liked by the learning ranks. He's about as sweet in private too, with a fondness for animals and baking (but never baking animals, perish the thought!)

I wish to welcome Emmond Salere aka Weland (Jenny's long-term PSC) to the Grey Tower as it's first Westlander.
I also wish to welcome Maever Donovan, a transfer character brought over by Matty.
I look forward to see what is in the future for these two.
