The Triumvirate and Keeper discussed the Talent of Stretching Shields, and decided to alter the requirements to have it like so:
- It can be Learned or Latent now
- The maximum allowable strength is 4.5 for women and 5.5 for men
I've updated the library already, but I thought I would post here in case anyone was thinking about making a weaker than average channeler, or was curious about Stretching Shields.
